I ran over a huge nail a few Saturdays ago and knew I needed to get it handled quickly. I immediately called MBOKC. They had the right tire in stock and told me to come on in. Unfortunately the tire didn’t last all the way, but MB roadside assistance sent a flatbed trailer to take me the last mile. The staff at the dealership took excellent care of me and the car. It was fast and reasonably priced. To boot, the waiting area was very nice and I love the complimentary car wash.

I took my SLK350 in for routine service. During the inspection some other issues were found which I had to turn claim into my insurance company. George Nicholson was great, he worked with me on the regular service which was more than routine oil change and arranged a loaner vehicle. George also worked with the insurance adjuster on the claim, ordered the parts and arranged a loaner vehicle for me during the insurance claim repairs. Frank Charles provided great customer service on my loaner vehicle. I actually loved the GLA and will consider it when my husband replaces his current SUV. George has been my service advisor for years and always provides the best customer service. Also loved the new location!

We always have Excellent service when we take our Mercedes in. We are always greeted with a smile and are expeditiously taken care of and kept informed as to how re vehicle is doing. They are always quick to get us another vehicle to use while we are in town since we live out of town and it is always a pleasurable experience. Greta Job! Keep up the great work!

I had an insurance claim for damage to the front underside of the car. Farmers insurance told me that they prefer that I work with one of their body shops to complete the repair. I brought the car into Mercedes for 2 other minor warranty issues. Mercedes Service gave me a loaner car and at no point tried to force my insurance claim through their department.(though I would have preferred it). I am now sitting in my office waiting for my car to be completed knowing full well that Mercedes Service would have completed it days ago. Thanks!

I am just in town for a week or two and I had a issue with a a button that had broken off(random manufacturing issue) and the people here at the Mercedes dealership in OKC were incredibly fast to get me in. Theey overnighted the parts, and then changed out the other buttons to prevent the same issue.. everyone was very polite and professional and lance gladly made my vehicle and me a priority. Thank you!
