Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City, the facility itself is the epitome of luxury. Step inside and the atmosphere is genuinely friendly. It was refreshing to find a dealership whose employees value honesty and integrity but you will find that here. I was genuinely pleased with my 2020 Mercedes GLC 300. But that’s just the beginning. They stand with you after the purchase giving you unlimited information, how-to videos and whatever you need to make your experience genuinely pleasant. We have purchased three vehicles from Mercedes of Oklahoma City and I would give them five stars for each experience.

Mercedes-Benz service is the best!!! Service is timely and my car runs great. The service department checks my car for problems I may not be aware of as well.
Spent some time in OKC while my RV needed repairs. It’s on a MB chassis, so I was lucky that I was “near” (2 1/2 hour tow) OKC and this full-service MB dealership. Everyone was very helpful, and explained things to us as we went along. They even let me stay in the RV overnight during the weekend, which I wanted to do since MB wouldn’t cover the hotel costs of the repair that was still under warranty and required 3 days of wait time plus the weekend for the parts. So, happy with my treatment by this staff but really unhappy with my treatment by MB the company.
