Made me an offer that I didn’t think was fair when it came to selling my workvan. So I declined the offer and thanked him for his time. He proceeded to bombard me with messages for the next hour in a very condescending manner. Really unprofessional and rude. Tried to convince me that every indicator for the value of my vehicle was incorrect except for the number that he was giving me.
Felecia was top notch in helping me with an extended warranty on my vehicle. She is very thorough and methodical and makes certain everything is done right. Highly recommend!

I purchased a 2020 BMW 750i from this dealership, which claims to preform a "rigorous inspection" off all of their used vehicles. From the day I got it home you could smell coolant when you turned the car off. Turns out that the coolant reservoir nozzle was broken and leaking, which should have been caught during the "rigorous inspection". So then since the coolant was all leaking out, it ruined the coolant cap so that had to be replaced as well, which in turn lead to the coolant leaking into the number 7 injector, that now needs to ... I needed confidence that I was getting good information and legitimate handling of this purchase. I had several questions throughout the process.
